NO MORE WEIGHT LIFTING FOR ME!!

I  honestly love the way my body is looking at 210 pounds from 300 but since lifting weights 4 weeks ago i have not droped 1 pound and inches is not what I sighned up for it the weight loss. So I will go back to doing push ups , sit ups and dips with a chair. I dont have flabby skin at this time so I will start back the lifting when I get to 195 in which my goal is 185. What yall think??

So you really DON'T like the muscular look?  Hmm - ok - the smooth 'I am on the brink of being unhealthy', smooth, non-defined look works for some guys.

Measure inches not pounds!  ESPECIALLY for dudes - you f*ckers build muscle mass faster and harder than women.

and muscle BURNS fat - adding an extra lb of muscle burns more fat in one day JUST BY EXISTING than working out for an hour!

but hey - do smooth, flabby thing if it suits you.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I think that is an excellent idea.  Calastetics, push ups, sit ups, dips, chair squats, wall lunges etc. all will tone and cut you and if you do it in a superset, can be cardo too.  That is what I have been doing with very light weights but lots of reps.  My batwings are gone.  I am getting very thin (inches) and after about 3 months my scale is moving again.  So I think it will work wonderful for you.  You have to do a lot though.  Like 100+ of each twice a day, everyother day if possible. You will see a big difference.

Seriously, fat loss is the goal not just weight loss.  When you build muscle the scale will move slower.  I use a tanita body fat/ body water scale that is exactly on point with the one at my surgeon's office and the one at the gym. 

I know my fat vs lean muscle and water weight daily.When body fat stops going down, then I panic.

I think you should continue the weights, but make sure that you keep your cardio going so you can still drop the pounds, but you will continue to trim the inches with the weight lifting.
