Hump day, are you makeing the most of your week? Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable. How did you fare on TUESDAY? Did you eat well, do well, exercise well? Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about? Please do share!
Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)? Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

All I took was iron yesterday. Forgot to sort the vits in the morning. Got them all lined up after dinner, then fell asleep. No vits, no calcium, and 30 oz short on the plain water and liquids. Also slept through my body sculpt

Calories 1432/ exercise 1550/ deficit 1464. Upped the calories again today to manage my deficit. Protein 128g/ carbs 81g, net 53g/ fat 72g. I have not lost an ounce in two weeks and the water retention continues...
Hey MSW...still here and still fighting the fight.
My eating, vits and water are on point. Need to up my protein and my exercise is zilch due to my pain issues back in full force. I think stress is playing a major role in this and I'm currently working to get the stress under control. (long story)
Most know that I don't get on the scale everyday....well, actually hadn't been on it for a couple weeks....
, but I did weigh over the weekend, and to my surprise, I was down 3 lbs!
Thanks for continuing with these posts. Although I don't post everyday, I do lurk to see this post and it helps TREMENDOUSLY!
