What kind of Exercise did you do today or do you plan to do today?

I just got back from the gym
Lower Body and 30 min interval run.

May do some cardio this evening.

This week its been two 45 min cardio sessions, interval bike at high intensity plus body sculting.  Not sure yet but probably the same today.  May swap one bike session for eliptical instead.  Feeling bored but it has to be done.
