V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I had to invoke the No Mercy No Excuses mantra several times. I made it through in tact but far from perfect. I needed an extra half shake to make my protein and I traded meals for random nibbling instead.
I got a high burn in the gym yesterday so I added 300 calories. I was in a junk food mood and that helped a lot. Calories 1475; exercise 1771; deficit 1650. Protein 127g/ carbs 115g, net 64g/ fats 63g Thank God for exercise. If I had not done two cardio sessions I may have blown the day. Then again its the two sessions that probably made me so hungry. Liquids are good at 90 oz, but 10 oz short on the plain water. Vits all taken.
For today the plan is:
post workout shake and carb meal
salad with meat
veg with meat
beans with meat
snack - protein bar or protein pudding
I may swap a meal for a snack, but no nibbling. I need to structure my eating better before I start screwing up.

Yesterday was tough. I was in "carb rehab" after od'ing this past weekend on them. I had to leave home last night to go to the store to get a diet soda at 10:00 p.m. Now what kind of bull shiggidy is that? I was only able to drink half of it but it was the fact that I got up and went to the store to get it. Dayum. I have gotten sodas back into my system and now I will really have to work on my plain water. Hopefully day two will be better. If not, they will have to put me in the room with the white padded walls LOL!

B-coffee
L-Salad
D-IDK yet
Water-32 ounces or more of plain water and diet soda

A few days of doing what I know I should really pays off. I hopped on the scale today and for the 1st time in over 8 years I don't have to say I weigh 3-something. I'm down to 298 lbs. Yeah I did a little happy dance and put on my walking shoes and went out for a mile and a half walk.
Monday wasa good day. Started the day off with a 2 mile walk. I've finally figured out I can only take one dog with me since the other one always wants to stop, snif, pee, and throws off my stride.
B- 1/2 banana and CIB no sugar added with skim milk
L- 2 homemade tacos
S-fig newton and 1/2 banana
D-taco salad, no sugar choclate pudding
S- no sugar added choclate fudge bar
Got in 68 oz water and my multivitamin.
