One Full Week on NutriSystem. How'd I do?? 5 Pounds

My first inclination of course was to say 5 freaking pounds that's it.   But...But...  I am happy for my 5 pounds because looking back on my journals I have not been able to get the scale to move for a very long time so 5 pounds is huge. 

Are you kidding?  5 lbs is great!  I fyou keep this up you'll have no problem reaching your 8 lb goal by Oct 1st.

  You know I think you're perfect already, but I'm happy for you if you're happy.  Crossing my fingers for you that things continue to go well.

Yeah it is quite a bit of food,   almost every meal I have to eat in 2 settings cause I get so full. 

Yeah!!!!  and I'm glad your foot is better sweetie!!  I jacked my ankle a few weeks back and it hurt like hell!  I could feel your pain!

Yeah my foot took its sweet time healing but it's all good now and i'm running again.
