Let's make the most of this new week.  Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you fare on SUNDAY?  Did you eat well, do well, exercise well?  Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about?  Please do share!   

Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)?  Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? Think about it, it may not always be fun, but are you doing everything you can do to be succesful?

I have an early day tomorrow so I'm posting overnight. 

Sooooo, I took the weekend off.  All I did was watch the basics.  I pretty much broke even calorie wise.  The only issue was plain water.  Liquids are fine in total but too much crystal light and too little plan water.

Back to the work of loosing today.  I have a full freezer prepped.  Menu:
shake & fruit? post workout meal
egg, bacon, sausage
meat & veg
meat & salad
meat & veg
protein bar
about 1200 cal, shooting for a 1400 cal workout and a 1500 deficit for the day. 
80 oz water, plus all vits & supps

I have had a lovely weekend off from my second job which is watching what I eat and today I must return to my routine that has been allowing me to lose weight.  I will not weigh until the end of the week because I don't know if I want to see the potential damage that I have caused. 

B-coffee

D-IDK
Water-32 ounces or more
Exercises-work on my legs some more

I hear you.  The weekend off was real good for me too. 

You'll be back on track by next weeks weigh in and hopefully me too.  Ooops, I'm not supposed to ***** about this water retention which is now 8% above normal but I'll keep that to myself cause I said I'd ***** no more about it...

Unfortunately I am feeling better and the hunger monster is back!!!!

Ugrrrggghhh - all i need is one good stomach virus and I could be at goal!!!!!

So - Imma keep it 100 today - and am looking to hit the gym tonight. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I hope you got a pound or two out of it. 

See what happens when you keep your protein up and take those dang vits?  You recover quickly with no signs of weight loss inducing dysentery!

I'm feeling better these days so I'm going to go to kickboxing class tonight!

Kickboxing always sounds like fun.  I just got all of the Tae Bo series on vhs at Goodwill foe a couple of bucks.  Its the closest I can get to a class, lol.

Sunday was a really good day for me.

B-coffee and quaker oats granola bar
L-salad, small bag Baked Lays chips
D-1 slice sausage pizza (actually a small square)

Got all  my water in and worked my butt off at the hospital for a 12 hr shift, so no formal exercise.

Seems like I finally got my head back in this.
