Are you finding ways to rationalize avoiding exercise, not sticking with your goals, or other mscll bull**** that can land you right back where you started? V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Sooooo, I took the weekend off. All I did was watch the basics. I pretty much broke even calorie wise. The only issue was plain water. Liquids are fine in total but too much crystal light and too little plan water.
Back to the work of loosing today. I have a full freezer prepped. Menu:
shake & fruit? post workout meal
egg, bacon, sausage
meat & veg
meat & salad
meat & veg
protein bar
about 1200 cal, shooting for a 1400 cal workout and a 1500 deficit for the day.
80 oz water, plus all vits & supps
B-coffee
L-salad
D-IDK
Water-32 ounces or more
Exercises-work on my legs some more

Got all my water in and worked my butt off at the hospital for a 12 hr shift, so no formal exercise.
Seems like I finally got my head back in this.
