To The Ladies: Has Anyone Seen a Resolution in Female Issues After Surgery?

Has anyone seen a significant resolution or reduction in female issues after your WLS?  I'm talking about fibroids, cysts, endomitriosis, etc.I'm not sure if I have PCOS but I have an ovarian cyst and just came back from an ultrasound which showed that my fibroids have come back.  Also have Endomitriosis.  I have heard a lot of people with PCOS say that WLS has helped resolve it.  Can anyone comment on this if they had these problems before surgery and saw significant improvement in these conditions after?Sassyjonz

While I don't have endometrois, or cyst, I do have PCOS and I haven't seen any change since surgery on 7-28.  My period has not returned but my overall side effects of PCOS are gone.

My fibroids have shrunk and disappeared...they went from 4 the side of an orange to 2 the size of a small grape.  Period went from being 2 months...to 1 month...to 7 days...to 3-5days.  BUT the PAIN is still there!!!

I have had heavy periods and really bad PMS all my life.  Since WLS this has gotten a lot better.  Not familiar with the other more serious or documented conditions.
