OT: Preferences - wrong or right?

Ok - my road dawgs and me is having it OUT today.... lol

Everyone has preferences, right?  I mean - when you are out and about, as you scan folk you mentally calculate 'oh, he's fine/handsome' or 'yo, she's a hottie!'

IS that really wrong?  Isn't the law of attraction in play and allowed in the world?  Do you REALLY have to be open and give EVERY SINGLE mofo in the world a chance????? 

i look at it this way.... I don't like lamb.  Tasted it a few times in a few different dishes - never could 'get it' so guess what?  When I go out to eat and look at a menu - if the shiot say 'lamb' - I don't order it!!!!!

why da heyl should it be any different with people?????

Personally,, I don't think it should be any different.  If you don't like "lamb",, then don't eat it.

I "personally" don' t like "light skin complexed men",  I had one once,, and will never go
there again,,  I myself,, has a very light complexion,, but I rather deal with,, tall, skinny,, BLACK

because I like them dark,, skinny,, because I don't have to open my legs too far,, and ugly,,

and besides - if you have to WORK yourself into being attracted to someone - you are BOUND to cheat or jack up the relationship cause you ain't REALLY happy!!!!

It is a matter of choice.  Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and if I aint beholding ya thats cool.  Also goes on the other foot also, people may not be feeling me as well must be ok with that!

But I hear you.  Ain't nothing wrong with knowing what you find attractive and going after that 'type'.  Just be open, ya never know a sleeper can sneak in on you and knock you off your feet.

Oh fa sho stay open - but when you roll thru a spot - some folk just catch your eye - not everybody.

I feel you like what you like.  For instance when I first got with my husband he ask me what I like and I told him.  My man has to be  a christian, have a job, taller then 5'11 , dark and thin.  Why that is what I am attracted to.  It only took him a couple of seconds to realize he fit all those categories.  We been together eleven years strong and married for seven.  I have not needed to stray because he got what it takes to make me happy .
