Its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How did you fare this SATURDAY?  Did you eat well, do well, exercise well?  Have you made any changes others may benefit from knowing about?  Please do share!   

Are you progressing towards your goal, regressing or have you given up?  Is your heart really in this thing 100% (why, why not)?  Do you understand the reasons why you are where you are be it good or bad?  Can you duplicate your succeses and avoid repeating your difficulties?  Think about it.

Good Morning Marcia & BAFamily,

I knew yesterday was going to be a tough day at the auction.  Now what auction do you know that has a salad available for you...LOL.  I was supposed to be getting back on track today but I am sitting here as I type enjoying my breakfast.  I had a "battle of the band" already this morning and I am just attempting to eat again.

B-cheese grits, eggs and bacon
L-probably  nothing after eating this heavy breakfast
D-great northern beans and cornbread
Water-after several diet sodas yesterday and no water...this has to improve today
Exercise-get my workout on from dancing around the house while I clean.

I will return to my "normal" routine tomorrow because the Dallas OH event is coming up on the 25th and I would like to have lost at least another five pounds by then.  Have a blessed day everyone.

LOL @ "battle of the band"  (my smiley's seem to have the morning off)

I havn't been to Dallas/ Fort Worth in ages.  The event should be fun.  I've got tickets for NY and GA. 

It wasn'****er but you got the liquids down and thats something given you're a bandster.  I could use a diet coke but its a no no for rny.  Hope the band behaves for the rest of the day.

I'm taking this weekend off.  No stats for yesterday or today.  I've hit my 7th month surgiversary this week and after posting yesterday I was worn out by the thought of getting through what I now think of as Phase II.  I've figured out how to loose, had some success, and now I've got to bring it home to goal.

I'm eating my base rmr which builds in a 20% calorie deficit over a sedentary life style, higher if I'm more active.  Assuming no exercise, I'll have a deficit of around 250 calories each day.  All liquids, water, vits & supps, protein requirements and carb limitations still apply. Um, did I just say no stats?  Oh well...

Good morning!

My weight is holding steady 301.8 for the past 2 weeks, I'm just happy its not going up though.

I usually consider Saturdays my cheat day so here goes:

B= hotcakes and sausage with large coffee from MickeyD's
L= risotto with peas
D=taco salad
S=ice cream
I'm focusing this week on increasing my water, I've been slacking a bit the past week and now that its cooled off more walking.  I plan to explore the trails in my area using a walking plan I got from a friend.

LOL!!!  chile I ain't got NO worries - I'm not interested in eating anything.  Scale said 196. someshiot this morning - Imma keep riding the viral/bacteria train - hope I can get to 190 before I gotta get off!  LMAO

You are a piece of work! LOL

Try and get down a protein bullet and some water if you can handle it.  You don't want dehydration to set in.
