HAPPY FRIDAY ALL,
Tell the whole truth and be accountable for THURSDAY. What did you eat, what did you do, how did you exercise? Are you on point? If not its time to get yourself there.
Have you honestly assesed what doesn't work and why its not working or are you trying to fool yourself. Do you give yourself credit for your accomplishments or do you constantly criticize or dismiss your own success. Have you got a plan? Are you taking advantage of your support system? Just a few things to consider. ... All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I am way too excited…me and my scales are becoming BFF (at least now anyway)
. I weighed in at 186.4 this a.m.! I am so glad that I hung in there and the scales are moving in the right direction again. I told my BF yesterday that I would not eat at the football game tonight and he looked at me and said you deserve your one cheat meal. I will pick one thing and I will not eat all of it and that is if the weather holds up.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee
L-pork chop and a possible salad
D-IDK yet but it will be football game food
Water-32 ounces or more
Exercise-no walking today but I will do my leg exercises
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Still frustrated by water retention but I refuse to update my ticker and acknowledge this as a weight gain. I'm 0.6 lbs up and 5% up in total body water percentage. There better be some fat loss under there, please.
The bad: Cardio only yesterday so I'll be doubling up on strength today.
Calories 1157, burn 1033, deficit 1222 protein 101g/ carbs 93g, net 48.8g/ fat 52g
All vits/ supps taken Liquids 80 oz, plain water 40 oz
Not sure about menu yet but it will go something like this:
protein bar
Bacon egg turkey sausage
protein shake
pork w/ greens
beef w/ veg
protein pudding or jello
one carb serving
If I go out to eat its fried fish or oysters w/ a hush puppy minus one meal above
Yesterday was good - had a open house at my daughter's school that ran FOREVER..... no exercise but I didn't go off the deep end on eating.
Today - eck. I only did tea and toast for breakfast and already have no desire for lunch or anything other than my bed and a hot drink.
This weeked is going to suck major wind.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
