Tell the whole truth and be accountable for WEDNESDAY. What did you eat, what did you do, how did you exercise? Are you on point? If not its time to get yourself there.
What's working and what's not? How are you adjusting for what's not working? Are you struggling and in need of help or encouragement? Spill it. Ask your questions. Consider a different point of view. Develop a plan and then take decisive action. No time for wasting time just make those changes and get on with loosing, maintaining or whatever it is your goal is.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did okay yesterday with the exception of three bites of Blue Bell banana pudding ice cream. But that in itself was a victory because I usually have 3-4 heaping scoops. I did not get my water in and we all know that this is the norm for me. This is one of the things that I am really going to target through the end of this month no matter how much it gags me. My PS surgeon was so proud of me again on yesterday. I have lost a total of 13 pounds since July 2nd.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee
L-eggs and cheese
D-IDK, my BF is cooking for me
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-walk a minimum of 2 miles and do my leg exercises

So - I am going to commit to dragging my sorry azz to the gym and NOT mowing down Famous Amos when I see his black azz in my pantry tonight - I tore him smooth UP last night.....
B - protein bullet drink, toast
L - salad w/eggs and cheese (close my office door - them eggs get a lil HAWT in the tummy in the afternoon..... FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!)
D - BBQ burger or stir fry
S - PB crackers, cheese
Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - done.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I did good yesterday except for when I got home I at (10 goldfish) those thing are addicting but I stopped myself at 10. Gotta hold down the fort at 157.
Today's plan
b- boiled egg, cottage cheese, and pb
s- protein shake
l- baked chicken breast and green beans
d-oxtails and cottage cheese
I gotta stay high on the protein side to maintain and lose.
