Momma is messing me up

First and Foremost #1 MM I'm not taking the place of yo momma saga's lol but I need to vent!!!

So my mom had her WLS surgery in 2006 and when I tell ya she hasn't did half of the maintenance things that most of you have done.I.e. Protein, vitamins, exercise Basically she has done next to nothing since having the surgery.

So for my family she is the image of WLS

So now I'm going through the process the ones that are finding out though the grapevine are like "Oh your mom had this that and the third go on' and we don't wont you to have the surgery.

First of all not trying to throw her under the bus but DAMN she doesn't do what she's suppose to do so there really isn't a comparing and I really dont feel the need to educate them on the surgery and go back and forth with the pros and cons. I left Debate in high school.

So for this reason I'm not entertaining anymore questions from my family until I'm on the loser's bench. Hell I haven't even told my Dad but that another story all together

In other news I have been working with my mom finding her protein and making her vitamin list so that she can get back on track........

And if she decides to get on BAF Ill be deleting this because she is still my momma and will beat my ass

Amen to that girl. I was 21 when I decided to get big & bad with my mama and blatantly rolled my eyes at her so she could see. well....... um erah, I decided as she snatched me up & drew back her fist, that I would wait till I was 65 to try that one again.

You know I peeped a lil of that hateration coming out the other day.....

She said the my uncle wife's sister(yea I know) had set up an infection and you know she just had "that surgery'

1st of all why are you calling it "that surgery" when you had the same one

2nd why are you telling me negative things so close to when I get my date.

I hope as this goes on she will get better......

Be glad you still have yo moma and hug her and love her. And accept her the way she is. Try to help her get on the right path but accept her.

In no way did I say that I wasnt glad to have my mom and she is one of my best friends.

But when I expect better from her I wont accept just anything from her

You said it so well. Acknowledging mom has faults is not a lack of appreciation any more than saying your kids are a pain in the ass means you don't want them.

My daughter will tell me in a heart beat when she expects better from me and I took no mess from my late mom either. We can love and respect our mothers without letting them walk all over us.
