Water/Vitamin/Sleep Challenges!!

Who wants to be thin and UNHEALTHY??

Take your vitamins/supplements/meds!

I take:  Multivitamins, B-12 sublingual, B-1 (thiamin), B-complex, Iron, Vitamin C, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Osteo Bi-Flex (chondrotin, glucosamine, MSM), Garlic, Flaxseed


Drink water (plain, if possible)

I'm swollen so, I will only have 80 ounces.

Try to get 8 hrs of sleep (it aids in weight loss/maintenance). Google it, baby.

I will work on my sleep and water.  I only got about 4 hours last night.  Water gags (even flavored water) me really so when I get in more than 48 ounces in a day it is a victory.  I usually can't attempt to drink any until after lunch without feeling like

Try the Vitamin Water by Glaceau the Multi-V flavor is lemonade and it goes down good.  Like watered down lemonade (50 calories though),  but I like it. 

Another thing I do is I make a deal with myself.  Like I have to drink 3 bottles (we have 10 oz bottles at work) before I can leave for lunch.  Then I have to drink 3 more  before I can leave my desk for the day.  I take in 60 oz through the work day alone.
     
Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!!  Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!

Now you know my little country arse town probably doesn't have the water you mentioned but I will check and see.  I already have my shopping list ready for Dallas to buy low carb breads, desserts, cornbread mixes, etc.  I have got to get with Mrs. Rhonda or Google low carb places in big D.  I was lucky today and found low carb pasta at the Fort Polk Commissary.  Thanks for the tip but me and plain water don't get along first thing in the morning and usually up until noon.  I have my cup of coffee and I usually start on my water after lunch.

I had to re-fill my vitamin bottle so I left it at home by accident but will take them all tonight.

Question~ why do you take Garlic/Flaxseed?
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Flaxseed contains Omega 3 essential fatty acids and fiber.  You know what a good dose of fiber does for the body.  The garlic is part of my skin care regimen.

Water - FAILED  Bloated and retaining water, still.  Water just does not want to go down.  On to diuretics and a laxative.  I will flush my system and get to drinking again.

Sleep - PASS  Too easy, I'm a virtual narceleptic. 

Vitamins and Supplements -
FAILED  This challenge would start just when I'm all out.  I'm not absorbing what I've been taking so I've only got calcium and sublingual B till my order arrives.  Guess I better place that order today.

Slept pretty good last night not 8 hour though (I don't know what 8 hours of sleep feels like ,)

I haven't really done this but I am more concscious of vitamin consumption now that I converted to RNY.
