It feels great to back on track.I think I would have completly fell off the wagon and stayed down for a while had I not been held responsible for posting this blog daily.  Thanks to everyone who posts, weather it be daily or weekly.  I appreciate the ongoing support.

I just got back from the gym
30 min on the stair stepper and a great 20 min high intense interval run
Burned 700 calories already this morning.

26 days until my plastic surgery consultation.

Hey Barbara!

I will concentrate on my abs/thighs/legs today with lunges, squats, leg lifts and jackknife crunches.  Thank you for this post because lately on the days that I do not really feel like exercising, you and everyone else motivate me to get it done.

Walking/jogging with my daughter this evening.  I'm helping her train for the basketball team.   (don't I look excited?)
MSW will not settle

Hour cardio and half hour strength today and maybe a 15-20 min yoga practice this evening.

I'm going to walk 2 miles at lunch today. My day will be way to busy for anything else.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!
