Rhonda, you're able to maintain your weightloss with just the power walking?  I might have to start leaving my older, slower dog at home when I do my walking.

I had seen you post about the phenteramine, and hey you've got to do what you need to.  I've got a bottle of it in my mediccine cabinet, but it leaves me wired and I can't sleep with it.

I guess I was just surprised that was the only exercise you need to maintain things.  By some of the people I have seen that have maintained their weight I thought I'd have to have an exercise routine comparable to somebody training for the Iron man Competition, or something.  But walking 1.5 miles a day is something that is definitely doable.

Check out the book The Body Sculpting Bible for Women.  Uses free weights and you can improvise for the weight bench.  Two week progressive regimines taking 30 minutes six days a week.  Excellent resuts.
