Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Check In
I'm totalty scatter brain today trying to do a little of this and that and posting on OH all at once while neglecting what I should be working on.
No full stats yet as I have foods to add to the tracker to get my final totals. It will be a respectable 1300 or so calories. Minimal deficit because it was a no workout day. Two negatives: C- in the water, 3 cups short and B- in the protein as I passed my minimum but did not hit my target. Carbs and fats are ok.
Next step for me is to post my day's menu just like the vets do. I'm almost a grown up now. I can no longer make any newbie excuses about not planning. I got the kitchen in order so all I have to do is sort out my meals for the week.
