Good Morning BAF! The long weekend is over and I hope it was good for everyone. Save the protein from the cook out and ditch anything you know you can't handle having around the house.
We've been posting a month plus and since a) I have no idea where I'm going with this and b) for how long it will continue; I am going to keep posting this thread without counting days and listing names.
Over the weekend I learned about The Wagon Plan and thanks to Cookie Lucious we have a link to it. Also thanks to Hugga76 for bringing it up.
It is basically what I've been calling my modified protein train. Check out the link. It offers a far better explanation than I ever could. I've spent months reinventing the wheel. My carbs are lower and my calorie deficit goal is higher, but it is essentially the same.
Down to business! Tell the whole truth and be accountable for MONDAY. What did you eat, what did you do, how did you exercise? Did you get through that cook out with your nutrition plan in tact?
What's working and what's not? How are you adjusting for what's not working? Are you struggling and in need of help or encouragement? Spill it. Ask your questions. Consider a different point of view. Develop a plan and then take decisive action. No time for wasting time just make those changes and get on with loosing, maintaining or whatever it is your goal is.

For today - I'm not hungry - which is WAY different for me.
B - protein bullet drink. dats it. no food - didn't want anything
S - string cheese, PB crackers - and I am half azzin them
L - chicken breast and side salad
D - not sure. Salmon croquettes, BBQ burger, stir fry.... so many options. Gotta see what 'hits me'
Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - done.
Gym tonight as well!

Those flavored malt beverages as we called them in the industry are carb monsters in disguise. I had to stop drinking them even when my company was giving them to employees for free. But damn they are good.
I'm with you on the vodka, or tequilla. With all the different type out there now, pre pouch I'd add a packet of nutra sweet to a flavored vodka rocks and I was set. How I miss liquor.
