I over trained this weekend with both cardio and strength. The muscles let me know it as I was headed to the gym yesterday so no Labor Day workout .
Today, strength and cardio. Not sure how much of each yet. I've got that 'good soreness' and I'm thinking about doing full body weights, and an hour and a half of cardio. Either that or body sculpting and an hour of cardio.
I'm in the mood for the heavier session but common sense is saying don't over do it. That 'good soreness' is like a drug for me.
