What's working and what's not? How are you adjusting for what's not working? Are you struggling and in need of help or encouragement? Spill it. Ask your questions. Consider a different point of view. Develop a plan and then take decisive action. No time for wasting time just make those changes and get on with loosing, maintaining or whatever it is your goal is.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I am super excited today. I was depressed on Monday and I wanted to eat everything in sight. But my BF said you have done too well to give up now. I am glad I listened and I did not give in to the temptations. I go in today for another follow up visit with my PS surgeon and I was told to have lost two pounds and I think I have done it.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee
L-salmon croquette
D-salad, salmon croquette
Water-64 or more ounces
Exercise-Leg exercises (squats, lunges, lifts etc)
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I have foods to update in the tracker, so no hard numbers but: exercise, 1000+ burn, calories eaten about 1500. Yikes but my high cal day per cycling is actually higher. I'll swap days to make my week correct. I still have at least an 800 cal deficit over my base rmr.
Water and supplements, FAIL. I started to explain but that's an excuse! Not allowed!!! I could have made sure I had new vits available and I should have force fed the water. Today its tough love for me. I'm going to force the water and address this bloating with diuretics and a laxative.
For today:
salad and salmon croquette
Lamb w/ turnip greens
Beef w/ collards
Pork w/ turnips
protein bar
protein pudding
about 1200-1300 calories
80 oz water
1200 cal burn through exercise
Today's plan
b- boiled egg and cottage cheese
l- chicken breast and green beans
d- chicken breast and green beans
protein shake somewhere in here today.
water 80+ oz today
Gotta stay under 1150 calories today.
