((mgrimesii)) Calm down ..... does the runny bm come with ever thing you eat or drink or some things ? And to better figure this out I suggest that you stick with one thing for at least eight hours. Cut the dairy out a lot of folks become lactose intolerant after surgery. The pain will go away get up and walk to move that gas out. Is it pain from the surgery or gas pain take a pain pill if moving doesn't make you feel any better.Take sips don't swallow like you did before surgery. I bet your eating to fast as will send someone out to get you a child's  sippee cup so you CAN'T drink fast. (don't remove the plastic lock in the inside...lol)

Please Book Mark This Post! Because you will not feel this way in months to come

You just had surgery a few days ago. You will feel better in a few weeks. Give your body time to heal. I didn't like the taste of water for a few months after my surgery, but I still drank it daily. It's much better now, but still not what it was pre-op. Still, I am grateful for the post-op changes to my body, because the alternative was a life of diabetes meds, depression, etc.

The initial recovery time is hard for everyone.  Please be patient and in a few months when the weight is falling off you will be so happy you made the decision for surgery.  Once you are healthier and not carrying the extra weight the breaking into a sweat should taper off.  The gas and bowel movements should improve too as your diet progresses.

Try to be pateint with this difficult time of yoru recovery.

Best of luck.

hold up you are 6 days in and already whining??? Mind you after months of preparation and insurance hurdles??

I say you think back on the reasons why you had the surgery in the first place....and hate to burst your bubble....but it does get harder, losing weight in the beginning is the easiest part...gotta try and readjust your mental dude the best you can or you are gonna have an even harder way to go

*smh* dayummm 6 days....bet you are one of those folks that neva finishes anything that "seems" hard huh?

I know you got me all depressed with the 6 months to burgers BS.  I am not understanding how this dude is eating tuna, applesauce, and yogurt when I am still on liquids (grateful for no gas and no pain) but questioning if my doc is just being more strict then he needs to be.
