So I got up and ran and the whole time I ran I talked to myself about how this whole NutriSystem will be a piece of cake and how I can totally do this easy. I tried my very best to sike myself out and it was not easy cause I had many doubts creep in. So many in fact I almost stopped by Mc Donalds for a McMuffin and I barely eat fast food anymore.

OK, Now it is only 9:47 a dam m. Why am I thinking about snickers and m&m's. I know what's happening. My brain is telling me oh it's ok you can start this tomorrow and just have yourself one more day of eating bad but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I wish I had the strength to not eat junk food. I know these first 3 days are gonna be hard but I can do this. I know I can damit, I can, I can, I can.

You my dear are a work in progress. I have the utmost confidence in your ability to accomplish the task before you. God's word says we walk through the valley, it says nothing about setting up camp. Oh Lord, I want m&m's and I know it's bull cause I never want m&m's at 10 in the freaking morning.

Becca is going to go and get me some more berries cause I ate the entire pack last night with Oreos and a snickers. Dam I am out of control. LOL
