and pretending I did not see check in time but after butting in on all of you vets for so long my @$$ best come clean. I was hopeing check in would be tomorrow so I could get this edema gone overnight. I missed my goal of 167.5 by 3.3 lbs. I went from 168.8 to 170.8 overight with gas, bloating and water weight. My waistline has been expanding all day and I am three inches wider now than I was this morning. But hey, the expanding gas has taken up some of this saggy belly skin!
Oh, dear Lord I just crack myself up sometimes.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I claim every fraction of a pound. Some weeks 0.3 lbs lost is all I get. 
I've been offline for a couple of days...slept all afternoon yesterday and overnight...from exhaustion.
Since June, I have lost 17 lbs. and beginning to get back in clothes I have been unable to wear for the past 2 years.
I can now wear my 2 favorite pairs of jeans and some slacks that I was unable to wear..feeling better and still hae done well with my eating.
Thanks for the challenge...still continuing through the end of the year.

Still doing well...kept it tight over the holiday weekend......did have one peice of cake but regreted it later that mess sat in my tummy like a rock
