Thank you.....I was hoping it made sense.

It wasn't that, I had issue with my ex-spouse and some of it had to do with my weight.  It's hard to date without feeling guilty that's probably why I am still single.

Yo butt is not confused.  He died for you too.  Sin is sin no big or little sin.  And even if a person is not GAY they still SIN and yet fortunately for all of us Jesus died for all of our SIN's.  That's the wonder of salvation!!!  People who act like they are so perfect and don't sin are lying hypocrites.  We all do and have.  But it's our believe that Christ is the son of God, and died for our sins, and belief in him (NOT OUR ACTS) is what JUSTIFIES us.

"Church Folks" use a lot of jargon like, "pray my strength in the Lord."  That's just part of everyday conversation.  You have to have been around to understand the language.

The OP asking for a mate is not necessarily praying for a man per se.  She is in essence asking the Lord to bless her with the RIGHT mate.  A man afer God's own heart.  AND she's asking all Believers to agree with her in her request.  Got it?

The way I took it was she wants a husband because that is what she read in the bible and she had WLS...seriously that is how I read it..seemed really desparate to me..."church folk" should not look that way

Her signature line is quoting God --  where HE says that we don't know His ways.  Neither do we know His thoughts.   As far as it is from heaven to earth  -- that's how far off we could be in what we think and what He thinks and what we do and what He would do.   Meaning, we could be wrong/incorrect  when we start saying what God thinks and what God would do.
