Happy Labor Day! A complete month has gone by already. Many of us have a challenge to rise to. I sure hope weigh in for the Vet's and Honeymooner's challenges are tomorrow and not today. I need this extra day.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How was SUNDAY? What did you eat, what did you do, how did you exercise? Did you get through that cook out with your nutrition plan in tact? Are you prepared to handle today's festivities?
What's working and what's not? How are you adjusting for what's not working? Are you struggling and in need of help or encouragement? Spill it. Ask your questions. Consider a different point of view. Develop a plan and then take decisive action. No time for wasting time just make those changes and get on with loosing, maintaining or whatever it is your goal is.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
My Sunday wasn't the best. My three bite rule was broken...it was more like five or six bites. I did get my water in and even though I said I wasn't going to exercise, we ended up walking a mile after dinner yesterday evening around seven. I have awaken to a headache so I just took an Aleve and I will climb back into bed to see if I can get rid of it.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee later
L-grilled chicken
D-grilled chicken/pork chop salad
Water- 48 ounces or more
Exercise-walk 2 miles
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Babygirl asked to stay at Grammy's last night so Imma take advantage of my child free morning and hit the gym for some cardio only!!!!!
As for eating - hell, I'm not that interested and STRUGGLING to figure out breakfast!!! Ain't that a ***** But I know I will be okay for the day if I hit this cardio up so Imma get my extra calories in so that I can do whatever for today.
I think I will steam some king crab for lunch or dinner tho........
B - protein bullet, breadw/Earl Campbell sausage
L - broccoli stirfry, crab or leftover shrimp egg foo young
D - crab and stirfry or BBQ burger (I'm leaning toward the burger)
S - yoplait yogurt delights (100 cal), laughing cow cheese and crackers
Water 20 oz
Vitamins - CHECK!!!
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hey MSW, I know I have been hit or miss on the posts, but I don't always see the threads until the next day.
Anywho my Sunday wa a pretty good day for me.
Breakfast consisted of protein coffee
Lunch was grilled chicken with cheese melted on top and mashed potatoes and gravy (from the hospital cafeteria)
Dinner left over spaghetti wih meat sauce
I got in all my water for the day
Exercise consisted over a short (15 minute) walk with the dogs as I was pooped after work.
