Hey Trina,
Happy Labor Day to you and the BAF fam!  You are got dawg skippy about not cooking today lol -- i grilled yesterday and have leftover barbecue chicken thighs, hot dogs, turkey burgers and pasta salad.  So that will be lunch & dinner today.  I was thinking about making a pot of spaghetti to have for tmrw but I quickly changed my mind because today is going to be a day of rest and I mean it lol lol.  Dang I forgot I do need to go to the car wash and hit up the dollar store for some cleaning products but after that I swear I aint doing ish the rest of the day except reading and throwin in a couple of movies to watch.  Enjoy your Sunday Fam and your holiday!

The Appocolypse is upon us!  I am cooking 2 weeks in a row curtesey of your salmon croquet recipe.  Thank you soooo much!

Mr Honey Boy is hiding from me, but if Walmart does not have that brand I'll grab something else.  I will be eating salmon croquetts today.

As it turns out this cooking thing really does work for rny.  Cooked twice last week and only forgot to turn off the stove once (hence why I seldom cook unsupervised  )  I had a catch as catch can kind of week and just having meat and veg ready to eat helped a lot.

you are off the CHAIN!!!!!!  HAHAHHAHAHHAHA!!!!

WalMart should have HoneyBoy - just make sure whichever brand you buy you get one can that is NOT skinless and boneless - there is something about the skinless boneless ones that end up dry.  So one can that you have to pick the bones out of and one without so you can be a LIL lazy.....

Lemme know how they turn out for you - the rosemary is the key - using the fresh just kicks up the whole thing.

Alright, enough tips!  LOL

Girl, pass me that salmon croquette recipie.  I love love love salmon croquettes and have a bunch of Honey Boy in my pantry!!!!!  ( I bought them so my sister would come over and make me some).

Hey Trina, did I see you say you eat burgers????  How soon after your procedure did that start?

Next week I am on mushies and soft fish so I am definitely going to try your croquettes (if you send the recipie).  I will be on reg foods the following week I don't think I will be trying burgers but one of those days I might need a good 1/2 sandwich as I havent been able to eat bread for over  1 year with my band.

I know lots of questions, but since my return you are one of the few who bother to answer me????  LOL guess I pissed some people off in my exit.

Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!!  Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!

Check last sunday's dinner post - I put the recipe out there for MSW.

Burgers - man - that was a while..... like 6 months or more.  And I aint talking all the bread - JUST the burger, lettuce, tomato and pickle - Use a knife to slice that mofo like a steak!!!!  Even today I get a Whopper Jr and tear off most of the top bun......

Take it sllloooowwwww - if you ru**** you WILL make yourself sick - but that's inevitable.... we ALL have our 'moments'.

I find that it's hard for me to handle heavy beef - even today.  No roasts or briskets unless they are SERIOUSLY well cooked - I can do a good aged beef tho - filet mignon is my new best friend!!!  LOL

Feel free to hit me up with whatever questions you have - you know Imma answer..... TRUTHFULLY
