I hope that tooth is now pain free and fixed.

Mega cardio day today.  I had just had two very light exercie days and some frustrations to work out.  Ended up at the gym all morning and I did three hours of cardio.  I will be feeling the impact soon but right now I feel so much better physically and mentally.

I always read the post but never leave a note. Hi guys. I'm 2mo Post Op and been walking since week One. For the past month i've been walking 5 miles 4-5x's a week. I feel so great. I have a paper to work on so i'm taking a break today. Back to  pavement on tommorow. As of today i've lost 55 pounds and my waistline loves it. Thanks for being such an inspiration.

I would not work out either if my tooth was hurting and/or visited the dentist.  I hope it is better today.

I did yard work this morning and my BF and I plan on walking 2-3 miles as soon as his shift is over.  I will also be dancing tonight.  Let's just hope my thighs don't feel like they did last week.  I have been doing the squats and lunges since then with the hopes that my legs will begin to reshape and tone up a little more and I may not have to have the PS that I should not be thinking about.
