V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I haven't done my stats yet but I know my calories, protein, carbs, & fats are on track. Water, D-. For two days I have not been wanting liquids but that stops today. I will be forceing it if I must, but those 80 oz are going down.
Food wise I have not been as concious of my foods as I should be for two days. Nothing bad, but not planned to the extent it usually is. Nipping that in the bud too. This week I want to begin planning ahead for the comming week, and sketching the days menu the night before.
Just light exercise for two days also but one of those days was planned and the other can serve as my 'freestyle day' for the week. I'll be doing a two hours of cardio today, split sessions of course. The body can't handle two easy days back to back and my muscles are screaming for movement.
And that is exactly what I have been doing outside in the yard laboring since daybreak. I am finished with washing the patio furniture and the patio down and weedeating the yard so I have been getting my exercise on early. My Friday was good. I improved on my water but I still did not get enough in.
Today's plan
B-sausage
L-salad
D-salad and meat
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-as stated above and when BF gets off 2-3 mile walk

I was great yesterday - hit the gym in the morning (I took the day off) and cleaned the house. Eating was pretty clean - had a taste for turkey necks and greens so I made that for dinner.
Today - nuther story entirely..... LOL I don't feel like getting in the gym at ALL. I kinda want to go to the park - so in another hour or so, me and babygirl MIGHT head out.
Other than that - I plan to see how long it takes for my ass cheeks to fuse to the sofa from continuous parking on it.

Sounds like a plan. If I had a nice park nearby I'd be out there for my exercise. That's what I did when my baby girl was a kid during the summers. Walk, jog, skate then park myself on the beach with a book while the kids played.
I have been missing in action lately. Be so busy with the kids fall sports. But all is well still holding it down.
Down 5 pound since the last time I checked in. Eating,drinking,exercise and vitamins all on point
