Happy Labor Day weekend BAF. We're all in that laid back long weekend mode and its hard to give a damn today! Its been a month of being accountable and I for one have made a lot of progress. Where do you stand?
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. What was SATURDAY like for you? What have you been up to and is it working out for you? If its not, why are you still doing it?

a little intimidated by all the lurkers amongst my OH friends watching this thread daily. Some of you have asked why I stopped posting my daily stats. I have to add several new food items I consumed this week, specifically different flavored protein bars. (In other words, laziness.) I promise I'll be up to date by tomorrow and I will post the hard numbers for last weeks averages. I can't fkcu up for sure now, I'm being watched and I thank you for that.
As for yesterday, all new foods are added so here it goes. All A's except for vits and water. I did some marathon cardio yesterday.
Calories: eaten 1195/ exercise 2790/ rmr 1346/ deficit 2941
protein 125g/ carbs 80g, 59 net/ fats 46g
Calorie deficit is high but I turned to exercise instead of food to work through my issues. Today will be more balanced.
Liquids 108 oz, 58 oz of which was plain water. For me this is a bad thing because my cardiologist want the water held to 90 oz due to my high bp and edema. As a result I gained two lbs water weight and my body water% is up. Its diuretics for me today.
My bad, no vits yesterday. Turns out I am not absorbing any of the multi vits I've been taking per my labs. I have to get back on a bariatric formula but I can't find any locally that meet my protocol. All I have until my shipment arrives is calcium citrate and sublingual super b complex.

I was off the chain on point yesterday! Week one on the Wagon, completed and my cravings are all but gone..... I was a wild dawg running round looking for carbs - I struggled this morning for breakfast because I flat out wasn't interested in eating - but I know I must because I'm about to hit the gym.
Today -
B - protein bullet, kashi blueberry waffles, 1.5 slices turkey bacon
L - salmon croquettes or shrimp egg foo young
D - BBQ burger
S - crackers w/ peanut butter
Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - Check
Looking to do 30min cardio in the gym then full body weights.
Today -

I'll be adding that Wagon Plan to the links on this thread. Its a hell of a coincidence that I've been riding that wagon and did not know it exosted.
I see we have the same workout planned for the day. I wish I could hit the gym early but it doesn't open until 1:30 on Sundays and my local branch isn't open at all.

I think I have been staying up too much lately. I just slept most of the day away today and I usually will not sleep much during the day. I got up around five this a.m. and I cooked breakfast for my son and BF. I then crawled back into bed around eight thinking I would just take a little nap but I slept for four hours.
Today's plan:
B-I had eggs, bacon and two bites of cheese grits
L-I slept through it and I am not hungry
D-grilled meat, three bitle rules for dirty rice and beans, salad
Water-I have not started but I am about to
Exercise-forget it today
