I did not exercise yesterday
My filling came out when I was eating lunch and talk about PAIN
I have a dental appointment this morning.
I plan on going to the gym this evening.

We will begin to increase our distance today at least by 1/2 mile or more. But we will take it slowly. I want to eventually walk 4-5 miles at least 3-4 times per week. I hope you feel better because there is nothing like being in pain with a toothache.

Feeling really fatigued this morning but I'm heading to the gym because I have a piece of coffee cake to burn off. A planned treat from yesterday.
60 min cardio but hopefully 90 min and total body weights on gym machines. I'll be back to daily body sculpting next week.

I have never done anything like it before but I want to take the exercise thing to a new level. I got some things coming up and I want to be in the best shape I can be in by then and I want to jumpstart my fat fight.
I got a bottle of tylenol and there may be some epsom salts around here somewhere. I got out the heating pad just in case. Oh brother....
What did you love about it? I can imagine what you hate about it... I think...

You know I really didn't want to work out today but my lunch plans fell through and I decided to drag my behind in there and I'm glad I did.
I did 35 mins on the treadmill 25 of which I jogged! I have never gone that long without stopping and I don't want to toot my own horn but I think that I could have kept going but 1) I'm lazy
2) I had to get back to work.
I really need another form of entertainment on the machines I get so board even with the TV and music idk, just gotta tough it out.
