V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I started this thread because of my impending six month follow up. I came into month six 13 lbs behind and I seriously thought I would not hit my target.
Well I made it! 65% of excess weight lost and pretty much where I should be. I've got 6.3 lbs to loose by next week to be 100% on track for the first time ever. Not sure if I'll hit it next week, but I'll be straitght well before my seventh month is done.
Yesterday's figures have not been totaled yet but for the week I'm 2.8 lbs down. It was a tough on the run kind of day so most feedings were protein snacks not meals. I provided for a treat to keep me from going over the edge and it worked. I expect calories and carbs are a little high, but that was planned for. Extra cardio today. I'm short a pint on the plain water and total liquids.

Congrats on your 2.8 lbs down and I found 2.0 of those pounds this a.m.
The past three days, I have had a cup of popcorn on two days and a 1/4 cup of hard to resist beans for three days as well as one crabcake on yesterday. I have cheated myself this week and it shows. I wasn't supposed to weigh until Monday but I could not resist the scales this a.m. so I weighed and my cheating has caused me gain two pounds. I am actually glad that I decided to weigh because this lets me know that I can NOT cheat at all for the next five days. I don't know if I will be able to see the magic number by Monday for the Labor Day Challenge, but I am shooting for Wednesday. Have a good weekend everyone!
