You were warned.....okay....I am headed upon my 6 years....I have gained some unwanted pounds.....as we discussed on a post yesterday, I suffer bouts of edema so I like to stay at 140 MAX.

Acai Berry/Colon Cleanse system......I love it..... everything is not for everyone, but this is for me! I started on Monday....have I lost any weight, I doubt it (edema phase right now)....but, I do not crave food....I drink lots of water ~craving water~.....but the colon cleanse....OMGoodness....I am so regular since Monday....and I can see a major difference in my bowels....it's like you can see the toxic waste....

Since WLS (RNY) I have strugged with BMs , but not since Monday (I like saying that)....no Ducolax....no Phillips MOM.....and yes, the Acai Berry is giving me more energy!

Thus far....Im loving it, for real!
