Mission Day TWENTY SEVEN:  No Mercy and No Excuses 

Alright now, how are we all doing?   Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Did you treat WENESDAY right?  What have you been up to and is it working out for you?   If its not, why are you still doing it?

I could use some positive news this morning be it a tiny wow or a big one.  What's new and what old reminders need repeating? Is your plan working, not working, results still pending? What are you doing to get and stay on point?

I owe a 1000 cal exerise burn to calculate my days deficit.  I do my stats by a 24hr clock so I have a couple hours to get caught up.  I should come in at 1029 cal deficit.  All supplements have been taken.  Also for the day:
calories eaten 1317, about 100 over but thankfully I ate nothing bad, just an extra south beach protein bar  protein 137g/ fat 62g/ carbs 65g, 32g net   liquids 80oz with 48 oz plain water
Not a bad day numbers wise but I did overeat.  I stayed full on lean protein and protein bars.  Even when I was full I still wanted to eat.  This is a maddening first for me.   

It was a good week overall. Despite my indescretions I'm 2.8 lbs down for the week.  I credit extra cardio for keeping my wl on track.  Today is my 6 month follow up then coffee with my OH Angel.  I'll see how I'm really doing.  She always helps me get my frustrations in perspective.

Well it seems like the last two days popcorn has been my nemesis.  I had a little more than a cup yesterday because it is almost impossible to resist it at the movies.  I did not exercise either.  I am giving myself the morning speech...no sabotaging today Faith!  Next Wednesday will be here before I know it and I will be hoping to see that magic number.  Have a great day everyone!

You can and you will do it Ms Faith.  Add an extra walk for the popcorn.  I have a magic number day next week too.  I'll have to haul ass in the gym to get there.

I gotta give myself 'big ups' for yesterday - had an employee function and then a meeting at babygirl's school - but I didn't STUFF my face with BS - still managed to lose .2 of a pound - I'm taking credit for every centimeter!!!!  LMAO

Back on with no distractions today, tho -
B - Protein bullet drink, turkey bacon, toast
L - salad and BBQ chicken breast
D - either a chicken salad sammich or a turkey pastrami sammich

S - peanut butter crackers


Water 80 oz
Vitamins - check!

Gym tonight - cardio and full body weights

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

What is it with school functions and those damned cookies.  I find those harder than the work functions.  Good job, good job.  I also claim every fraction of wl.

Did real good yesterday, had the bubble guts so it was pretty easy for me to stick to my soups all day.  Still a little scared to venture into solid food today so I guess I might as well do the 5dpt...day 2 for me today!

Makes perfect sense when you're already on liquids.  Glad you're back & feeling a little better.

But still manage to stay ate same weight.
