...i wouldn't replace anything...because what you said is true.  it's just that it came across to me, as i read it, as the self-righteous church lady type.

 it's kinda like when all those self-righteous men brought the lady caught in adultery to Jesus.  Jesus never said that what they said was incorrect..............He just pointed out their own hyprocrisy.

I agree with you Trina...as long as the status is disclosed and both parties are honest, then it's cool  *if* you are down with it.

I have dated seperated guys and depending on where my head is, I choose whether I will roll with it or not.  Me being the type to NOT want to deal with the drama, it depends on whether he is still living with his wife.  If they still live together, no....thats potential drama right there.  If I even think there may still be a spark or a possibility that there marriage can be salvaged...no...not messing with that situation either.

But if they live apart and seem drama free, I can roll with it...it may be wrong but...oh well

I am so with you on this Kim.  I've been in this situation before and all I could think was  if you can't be honest about this one simple yes/no question, what else have you lied to me about?
