Turkey Chili w/beans is one of my regulars, I switch up to Sweet and Spicy Chili from time to time
I have a recent addiction to deli sliced chicken breast and provolone cheese rolls
snack wise - peanut butter crackers
there's also several kinds of chicken breasts in the frozen food section - I have hickory BBQ and italian herb - heat one and make a salad - presto! low cal filling meal
Um - oh yea, I have low cal wheat bread and make chicken/egg salad sammiches (those go hard in the paint!)
You might try browsing Food Network's website - they have a lot of ideas - I have used quite a few.
