O/T - Piggyback on #1 MM...question for the single folks

LOL MSW. That was funny. I doubt very seriously if I would be the the best catch in NYC. If i was that wouldnt be saying much for NYC now would it ??  But seriously I never was down for drama at all. My feeling is that if I aint raising kids with someone its aint that serious. As for drama I have seen it from some of the women I have dealt with in the past in terms of what they go thru with thier Baby Daddies etc etc. The drama never involved me because I avoid it at all costs. In the end the botton line was that i didnt have kids  and Baby Momma drama. I felt like men with kids should date women with kids( just my feeling). At least that way they would be more compatable to a larger extent than i was with women with kids . I used to work at Rikers Island  years ago as a C.O. Trust me when i tell you that  was enuff drama in terms of dealing with inmates. So in my personal life I kept it simple. No ....women didnt try to convert me outta single life to be honest. The ones I dealt with ussually enjoyed coming to my house because it was a place of peace.So they didnt try the head games on me.  They knew what I did for a living and they knew I was dead azz serious about keeping my off duty time peacefull. Sometime women would make comments like "oh you must get lonely here all by yourself" Those were the ones that I would take home quick because thats all game. I liked my privacy and in my case i never had to be lonely because i always knew and would meet a lot of women. My problem was that they had kids already and i wasnt doing the ready made family thing again because I  lived with a woman that had  kids before  and done that in the past and it wasnt working for me. Dont get me wrong I do love kids ....i enjoyed raising them but the Step- Baby Daddy thing wasnt what I wanted.  I wanted kids that I can "tell "what to do....feel me?....... In the end I made the adjustments and went back to the single life and its cool. The single life is the best thing for a guy like me.  And as to the comment about issues .......well of course i have some issues (health etc).......but the key to my issues is that i keep them to myself and dont make my issues an issue for anybody out here. You know how NYC is (packed with issues and attitudes) . I  just stay to myself alot nowadays and chill and any issues I have ( like weight gain)stay with me and me alone and are dealt with by me . I seek out places like BAF and other sites to do constructive things with any problems or issues I have.........dag this was a long azz response on my part......my bad lol.....hope yall dont throw bricks at me for it.....peace

Do you travel?   You see, my bestest friend in the whole wide world lives in Atlanta.  Single. NO kids.  None. Nada.  Never been pregnant.  48 yrs old and BEAUTIFUL (both physically and mentally).  Drama-free.  Hell, if I was single and rolled that way, I would marry her my damn self.

Yep, I would date a guy who had WLS.  I think it would make my struggle a little easier with someone who was experiencing the same issues as me.
Although I am divorced, I am pro marriage...I think...LOL
I guess I would be for marriage if I found the right guy.  I enjoyed the married life and also enjoy SOME of the aspects of being single, but the marriage perks outweigh the single perks for me.

-smart
-most teeth
-lady in the streets...but freek in the sheets
-can get me grandkids...(or even kids if young enough...i'm not shooting blanks yanno...lol)
-is tiddy
-southern cooker
-likes hikes
-willing to learn how to ID a few birds
-can deal with being psychoanalyzed by my phd psychologist daughter...(lol)
-can deal with being psychoanalyzed by me
-tender...yet mentally tough enough to deal with life situations...that are common to folks
-not too "churchy"...and "self-righteous"...(ie, realizes their own faults...and not just the faults of others)
-understands that growing is not "an event"...but a "process"
-realizes that what happens in vegas doesn't necessarily stay in vegas

...i could go on...but i'll stop....(i can give you the full list on the B/L)...(plus all the above is "negotiable")...lol.

Ok so I think marriage is a good thing if you all have something in common. I deff would date some one who had wls because it just gives me something extra to bite on . its something about a woman that looses alot of weight that makes the loving extra good to me maybe the cushion I cant explain it but yes its a good look for me , besides every one that losses weight doesnt have excess skin or for the men they dont all have man boobs im still looking tight and I pray by me losing weight and continueing to lift weight I will be where I would love to be I already see a two pack which is a big deal for me. So not all weight loss surgery folks look that bad and like I said for the woman its good love making for me. I dont know maybe im a freak .
