Good Morning Everyone,
   Thanks Faith for holding it down for while I was away.  I had a great time in North Carolina with my daughter.  She did very well.  She was voted all tournament player of the weekend, meaning she performed the best out of all her team mates .  She had a record of 39 kills this weekend.  I am very proud of her.
I only exercised twice while I was away.  And the diet was out the window, LOL. 
But I am back on track today.
Will go to the gym this evening, cardio and weight.  I have my trainer for only 2 more weeks. So I need to make the best of my time with him.
Thanks again Faith, you are the best!!!!

Glad you had a good getaway.  

I was naughty on Monday so yesterday I did my penance for the workout I skipped and the carbs I ate with extra cardio.  Today is another heavy cardio only day. 

I have a weigh in tomorrow for my six month follow up.  Wish I could loose another 3 lbs before 1:15 pm but I'll take what I can get.

Welcome back Barb and an awesome job to your daughter.

Yesterday was a kick ass day at the gym, lunch I did the boot camp class which killed me last week.  After work a friend took me to this 2 hr. training (Body by Denise BBD)  there had to be about 200 people in the room getting fit, it was awesome! 30 min of ab work and 1 1/2hrs of cardio.  It was great but I had to take a hot bath with epsom salt this morning lol.

Today I'm jumping right back in there with a 30 min jog and an aerobic class after work.

You're welcome.  Congratulations to your daughter. I knew she would do well. 

I will walk my usual 2-3 miles and I will begin to incorporate leg exercises (squats, lunges etc) so that I when I go dancing again I will hopefully not ache anymore. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
