I was pretty on point yesterday - it's TOM for me so for me to hold it down THIS week is major.  We had back-to-back meetings and my boss brought in Jason's Deli - I stood my ground and refused to be lured by the high-calorie carb monster!!!!!  I stuck to my chicken breast and salad.   Yeah me!!  AND I got my behind into the gym - the FIRST time during the week since this whole school and schedule change for the new school year for babygirl - still working on my timing but I WILL get my behind in there.

Today:
B - protein bullet drink, smart ones bfast quesadilla
L - shrimp egg foo young (Shani's fault - had me thinkin bout it ever since she mentioned it last week)
D - salmon croquettes, some veggie

S - PB crackers

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - check!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Kids shedules really can throw you off but while they're young they get priority. 

TOM is screwing with me big time too.  If it wasn't for my six month weigh in tomorrow I'd be at Waffle House.  Why does that place just keep calling me this week?

I had about a cup of popcorn and about 3-4 Tbsp of potatoes yesterday.  I did not get my water in.  I WILL get my water in today and everyday through this Monday and I will NOT be tempted by the carbs .  I must see the 18# by Monday and but no later than Wednesday of next week at my follow up visit. 

Today's plan:
B-Coffee for now...
L-Salad
D-Salad with grilled chicken
Water- 64 ounces or more to make up for yesterday
Exercise-walk 2-3 miles

I been on point for the most part.  I have to slow down and remember to eat.

I took all vitamins yesterday and I am on track for today.  The water intake was good (not great) but good.  I just got busy and forgot.

My two years is coming up so I think I'm going to try the protein train and up the exercise a bit.

I need to forget a meal.  Seems like all I think about is food this week.  Thumbs up on the water.

No ranting or raving or dramatic life stories today because I am back on point.  I burned up that cardio yesterday in multiple sessions to get my numbers for the week back in line.  All my stats are on point.  Now I have to keep today straight.

All I can think about this morning is a waffle from that 24 hr Southern favorite of the need to eat but got no bank set (that's me), Waffle House.  I delayed my workout this morning until after breakfast for fear of turning in to their lot.  I can't get to the gym withput passing the damned place.

Well - you DO know that Fiber One makes a pancake/waffle batter mix that's reasonable on the carbs and calories?

Add a lil cinnamon and splenda brown sugar to the mix - put in a waffle iron, get cha SF syrup and it could be ON and poppin........

But I ain't one to encourage mofos to eat - so you ain't heard this from ME........

I did not know about Fiber One.  I never even thought about cooking a waffle.  I may even still own a waffle iron from back in the day when I actually cooked regularly.  Gararge check.   Thanks Ms MM!
