EXERCISE CHALLENGE Tuesday Check In (subbing for NUBarb45)

Me and the elliptical do not get alone...I haven't tried to make it beyond 5 minutes, my legs are like jello after that.  Go HF!!!

Hittin the weights:  chest, shoulders and aboronies.  LET'S DO THIS!!! (yep, need to lay off the caffeine)

I am really trying hard to brush up on my French.  I hope all is well with you.

I've got sins to atone for today so there will be some heavy cardio happening.  If I can, I'll spend a little time on the weight machines. 

Look who is out from underneath the chair, LOL!  I am there with you after my weekend.

Thirty minutes walking on treadmill and 30 on the elliptical.

Well, I have walked Ras twice....early dis mawning round 6:15....but it was so damn cool out...I had to put him on his sweater....we only walked about 10 minutes....came back in....showered....cooked bkfast for girls....hooked up Ras food....walked him again for 15  minutes before we took the girls to school.....

Tried to walk him again when I got back....but he only walked about 5 minutes before he started tugging on his leash....like "***** are you CRAZY....I only get 3 walks a day....you ain't bout to walk me to death cause you a fat ass!"

I had to DRAG his ass back home LOL

Now he is sitting in his bed sleep!

I'm waking him up at noon to walk again LOL

I am laughing so hard, I am crying!  You might want to walk without him so as not to injure your doggie!   Laughter is the best medicine and I think I just burned 20 calories!

If only I had read this first....he got away from me......girl....Imma bout to shower....can't even type what the lil ****** did....

but he beat me home.....now he crated......drunk from his rabbit bottle (water) and sleep again....he sleeps all day and is up all damn night....nocturnal damn dog!

I want to kick him so bad......but I love him too much!
