EXERCISE CHALLENGE Tuesday Check In (subbing for NUBarb45)

Good Morning BAFamily!

My legs were so achy from all the dancing and dropping it low to the floor on Saturday night that I could only handle walking 2 miles yesterday instead of the 3 miles that I wanted to walk.  I am not feeling really well this a.m. so I am unsure if I will walk/exercise later.  Hopefully I will be okay once I get some meds and coffee in me.

I believe Barb will be back today but I am just not sure what time.  This will be my final day subbing so thanks to all who have participated in the daily posts.  Make it a great day everyone.

I'll be drag azzin into the gym this evening - I already know I won't want to go - cause I will have come home first - THEN have to change to hit the gym - something about my proximity to the sofa makes leaving a true test of will power........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

LOL @ fast azz.  I don't know what I was thinking when I was repeatedly getting low knowing that I don't have Tina Turner (or Mack Mama ) legs to be dancing like that.  When I was going to the gym, I had to pack my bag and take it to work with me because if I went home, that was the end of that...there would be no gym that day.

Besides strength training, my goal is to walk/run/jog 40 miles this week.  

Abs and Obliques plus 5 miles on the treadmill.  Whew!
