Good Morning BAF Fam! I'm out early again tomorrow so I've got to post this again at night.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
ARRRGGGGH, I've figured out my head hunger issues. Its not head hunger at all.
Some of you already know i have multiple sclerosis. Well, last week I got my monthly pumping up on high dose steroids which is usually followed by low dose chemo. The latter counters the hunger caused by the former. Well this month the doc cancelled the latter leaving me with this awful steroid induced appetite. Damn, damn, damn.
Yesterday I got it out of my system with 550 empty calories from bbq potato chips and oreos. All better now. Today I need a 1600 cal cardio burn to compensate. There'll be some extra high intensity cardio happening today. I will pedal that bike to nowhere, take a nap, then repeat until I get that burn done.
I'll skip reporting the days statistics. No point after all that junkfood. What's most important is that my week's calorie deficit will remain in tact at 7000-10500 for hopefully 2-3 lbs fat loss for the week.
September is here and I am ready to continue the accountability. Yesterday I did really well with my water. I was able to drink over 80 ounces.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee, eggs
L-salad, chicken, green beans
D-salad
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-I don’t really feel well this a.m. Maybe I will feel better later and walk my usual 2-3 miles.

B - protein bullet, turkey bacon and low cal bread
L - hickory BBQ chicken breast, salad
D - King crab in spicy broccoli stirfry
S - PB crackers
Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - check
Exercise plan - hit the gym, get in 20 min cardio, full body weights
