Who does she sound like she imitating? She was one of the original divas and had a nice distinctive voice back in the day. Her voice does sound different like it is "cracking" or something...LOL. Okay so I got my joke in for the day. I am always happy to see someone make a comeback but her voice is most definitely not the same.
Well- in that first released cut - I come to you or whatever - she sounds a lil Celine Dion-ish to me. The riffs just sound off.
Not like 'It's not Right, but it's okay' or 'Shoop' or those cuts - she sounds VERY different and it's not 'connecting' with me......
