100 lbs gone!
Hey BAF,
Eight months ago when I started this journey I was 313.5 lbs. Yesterday I saw my surgeon and the scale read 213.5; I lost exactly 100lbs. I thank God for the second chance.
Although I still have a ways to go I am so glad that I'm not where I started.
I just want to thank the vets and the newbies alike, I've learned a lot it's isolating being the minority IRL but the majority here on BAF.
Next stop Onederland!
