Thanks Michelle. He is planning on continuing his education to become an RN. I always say to him... Nurses call the shots because they can get a job anywhere!

I've gotta say, thank God I went into this field. Its a lifesaver in this economy, some folks can't keep one job and I've got two and getting offers without even looking.
