I guess you can't make everyone happy

So I went to a family function, and one of my aunts brought up that my big day is next week. I swear one of my cousins had every reason under the sun why I shouldn't get it because her "friend" is having so many complications...Why can't people just be happy for you...Sheesh!

Get used to it because it will be said time and time again...just remember...do not let anyone steal your joy.

Get some thick skin sometimes it may hurt other time you are going to love being on the winner's side.  I'm 2 years out and knock on wood I've never had any problems. That's why to this day I never confirm that I had the surgery are not  .
