Ravioli
I ate two of them. The spinach and cheese went down fine because of the soft texture. I had like 2 little pieces with some chicken and fettucine sauce. I didn't want to eat too much because pastas make me too full.

Hypocrite here.....don't do the pasta!
Have your doc's office provide a food list for you? Something tasty? Well, after WLS sometimes, we go through a taste bud change (really it happend to me). So what I had to do was get creative!
Rule #1...don't ever try new food away from the comfort of your home and toilet and bed and shower
Rule #2....never add more than one new food a day
Rule #3....what agreed with once, may not agree with your twice
Rule #4...always, always....chew, chew, chew, chew your food to mush before you swallow
Rule #5....listen to your pouch (it does talk to you)
Now....at 3 months....focus on eating healthy and in moderation NOW....put yourself on a healthy eating, water drinking, exercise regimen for long-term results!
When you do start to eat pasta...just ensure you do it in moderation.
You will be experimenting for LIFE! It is just part of the game!
Trying cooking just some spinach....add some cheese sauce.....spinach with crumble boiled egg is good also.....but I would not mix them just yet (unless you have had one or the other before)
in one setting, you green veggies, fiber, and protein!
However, try to eat filling foods (good carbs, fiber, protein)
