Hello, I'm new to this. I'm from Detroit, am I looking for tips on the pre-op diet. It has been so hard for me to lose since I have a Hernia and PCOS. I've tried everything, my surgeon is trying to get me done asap, because of the pain from hernia. I've done everything, from the meetings, bloodwork, psych eval. So I'm ready for this pre-op just in incase he says it's a go within the next couple weeks.
