V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I still don't feel bad from this whole flu thing - got a lil achy night before last after working from home for 14 hours - but had a good night's sleep and that was all good.
Yesterday was good up until the world caved in and things went bat**** at work and I'm trying to coordinate with legal counsel and advise my boss of a critcal procedure failure while in the bathroom at the beauty shop cause MY trick ass done 'sneaked' out to get a hair cut (which is on POINT!! - love hood stylists) ETA: for the grammar nazis - I KNOW the correct word is 'snuck'.....
SOOOOOO - last night was Pizza Hut and vodka. Shoot me. It make me feel better. KMA.
Alright - so for today - I am no longer contagious thanks to the meds, so I will be in the gym. I need to think of my strategy for this work fiasco so I need the time to focus. Water - 4 bottles will be guzzeled today and I'm going to keep my sanity and NOT shovel more crap into my mouth - PLUS Aunt Flo is in town!!!!

Sometimes Its like spies are just waiting for you to try and get away with something. Work sounds like the times when I did not know if I should be proud because I'm so badly needed; or, pissed because I'm not paid enough for this ****
I too find that vodka (or tequilla) soothes most stress related disorders.
Watch - I have a clear calendar on Monday - won't nary mofo say SHIOT all day!!!!!! And I can already see the PTO troll headed for my next Friday off - that bastid EATS PTO days like skittles!!!!

Calories 1576; calorie deficit 1273; exercise burn 1458, cardio only.
Protein 124g/ carbs 77g, 35g net (very, very bad)/ fats 92g (astronomical because of all those nuts). Carbs and fats are too high but I can't think of how to up calories using protein foods only.
My modified protein train/ body builders diet is working out ok. The occaisional higher carb, higher calorie cycling days spur a drop of a pound or so every time. I wish I knew this six months ago.
Hopefully, I'll break into the 160's this week before my follow up on Thursday. I haven't seen under one seventy since my age ended in "teen".
