Can you believe three whole weeks have passed already?  There is only one week remaining until we tally up the Vets and Honeymoon Labor Day challenges!

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How did FRIDAY work out for you?  Still riding the protein train?  How's that 5DPT working?  Encouragement or critique to offer?  Need a little prodding or a big shove?

Urrrrgghhhhh!!!!  I'm not a happy camper....... 

I still don't feel bad from this whole flu thing - got a lil achy night before last after working from home for 14 hours - but had a good night's sleep and that was all good.

Yesterday was good up until the world caved in and things went bat**** at work and I'm trying to coordinate with legal counsel and advise my boss of a critcal procedure failure while in the bathroom at the beauty shop cause MY trick ass done 'sneaked' out to get a hair cut (which is on POINT!! - love hood stylists) ETA:  for the grammar nazis - I KNOW the correct word is 'snuck'.....

SOOOOOO - last night was Pizza Hut and vodka.  Shoot me.  It make me feel better.  KMA.

Alright - so for today - I am no longer contagious thanks to the meds, so I will be in the gym.  I need to think of my strategy for this work fiasco so I need the time to focus.  Water - 4 bottles will be guzzeled today and I'm going to keep my sanity and NOT shovel more crap into my mouth - PLUS Aunt Flo is in town!!!! 

WHEW!!!  - ok menu.....

B - protein shake, Smart One Bfast sammich
L - collard greens and cornbread
D - chicken stirfry

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Sometimes Its like spies are just waiting for you to try and get away with something.  Work sounds like the times when I did not know if I should be proud because I'm so badly needed; or, pissed because I'm not paid enough for this ****  

I too find that vodka (or tequilla) soothes most stress related disorders.

OKKKKK!!!!!  OMG  - how you gon blow up my phone AFTER 2pm on FRIDAY!!!????!!!!!  DAMN DAMN DAMN!!!

Watch - I have a clear calendar on Monday - won't nary mofo say SHIOT all day!!!!!!  And I can already see the PTO troll headed for my next Friday off - that bastid EATS PTO days like skittles!!!!

Calories were huge yesterday because I ate 3.5 oz of nuts.  My daily calorie deficit has been high for the week and I refuse to stall out in starvation mode.  I Lost another 1.6 lbs but I'm still retaining water.  More than 3% above average with pitting and visible edema to show for it. 

Calories 1576; calorie deficit 1273; exercise burn 1458, cardio only.
Protein 124g/ carbs 77g, 35g net (very, very bad)/ fats 92g (astronomical because of all those nuts).  Carbs and fats are too high but I can't think of how to up calories using protein foods only.

My modified protein train/ body builders diet is working out ok.  The occaisional higher carb, higher calorie cycling days spur a drop of a pound or so every time.  I wish I knew this six months ago. 

Hopefully, I'll break into the 160's this week before my follow up on Thursday.  I haven't seen under one seventy since my age ended in "teen".

I had the protein train to make a stop yesterday so I could get a weekend pass to Carbville.  My Friday was sabataged by a 32 ounce bahama mama and pina colada mixed daiquiri and it will only be moretonight.  Have a good one!
