I did lady...I danced so much until my thighs are still aching  this Monday a.m. I am going to start doing more leg/thigh exercises so that when I dance like a maniac that I don't feel like this two days after an event.

I had my 6 mos check up...the doc said I was doing well....we discussed me counting calories and things of that nature....he suggested that I do not look so much towards the calculations versus trying to make better decisions....he said he did not want the calculations to be thought of as a diet...so i "kind of" relaxed on that part for the past few days and went down another pound.....*JOY*...any who...hope you all are cool....

Glad you're doing well and liking your plan.  My 6mo check up is this week.  Doc is not into cal counting but I'm a quantitative person.  He can call it what he wants but for me its still a diet... forever, lol.

Came off of 5DPT on Friday and I stuck to it. Well Saturdaymy guy gave his son a 18th bday party and I made a fruit salad. Why was I tring to find the bottom  I could'nt stop eating it. It was cold itwas good. Watermelon, cantelope, green grapes, red grapes, fresh pineapples, and strawberries. OMG!!! It was good but enough of that Protein train here I come.
