V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I broke into the 160's today and I may just have a prayer of hitting my Labor Day challenge goal. More important, although 22 days late, I've hit the surgeons goal of 65% of excess weight lost for month six.
I was a naughty girl yesterday. I fell into an old habit and ate till stuffed. I was out and without the benefit of a scale I still didn't stop myself. The head games is still the hardest part for me.
I know I need to stop eating before I feel full because fullness is a delayed reaction. But no, I kept going until I felt it. Then it expanded and twelve hours plus later I'm still feeling that small fried fish filet and half dozen fried oysters plus half a hush puppy.
When oh when will I finally learn? When will I stop being greedy and just do the right thing??? NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES!
I'd done ok for a while but this is my second slip within a week. Time to buy a travel scale. I have to make this work every time I eat out.
I did HORRIBLY yesterday...... TOM got my azz like a buffalo tryna cross the freeway.......
So - today - I'm on a mission - to clean out the CRAP. Doing my protein thing right now - no food. Will have a cup of coffee then do the grocery shopping. When I get back from that - I'm hitting the gym for 30 min of cardio - 20 treadmill, 10 elliptical. I did full body weights yesterday but I still want to do some upper body, so I will probably hit those.
After that - I know I will be hungry enough to eat my OWN foot - so I will do a sandwich - low cal bread, turkey pastrami
Dinner - salmon croquettes and maybe corn or I might make brussel sprouts - it'll be some veggie tho.
and 80 oz of water - no excuses!!!!!
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I am doing the exercises from the book - but I am adding cardio even tho it SAYS I don't HAVE to..... I know I have been lazy as hell so I'm going to do cardio in addition to the weight work all thru the month of September.
But I tell you what - from your swimsuit pic - man - if you really got on the ball and did the routines - you would be KILLIN em in about 3 months!!!!!

Today won't be better....not even gonna lie. Going to lunch with the girls, and I will be eating the piece of cake tonight I brought home with me!
