V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Mine is no longer the ass in need of kicking this week. I'm back on track as of yesterday with all passing marks.
Eighty oz of liquids including 40 oz plain water; all vitamins taken. I'm doing only cardio this week cause I'm low on energy (this ms is really kicking my ass) , but I got in 90 min and burned over 1300 calories yesterday.
Calories 1044/ calorie deficit for the day 1673, a little high since calories are a little low for the day. Protein 121g/ carbs 42g, net 14g / fats 42 g. Lost 1.8 lbs for the week and 1.25 inches total. Bought my first size 8 slacks, yippeeee.
What's working: According to body building plans, cycling carbs spurs wl and avoids stalls. Therefore, higher carb days should be built into the diet. I had a high carb day this week which I viewed as a mistake. However, just like when I'd actually planned a higher carb day, I dropped a couple pounds immediately after wards. I have obvious edema and bloating but I'm still down for the week.
Yes I have my game plan. I actually hope to start back on Sunday morning and if not, my original plan is to start back on Monday. I would say the only thing that I will be doing out of the ordinary will be the Kahlua Colada daiquiris. I am actually going to try to watch the finger foods that I know that will be present at the party. The vets challenge will be over on Monday, September 7th. I may not make it to my 185 like I orginally planned. However, I am happy to say that since it started in May, I have lost a total of 25 pounds! ETA: Some of these pounds lost were pounds that I had originally lost but had regained due to my nemesis...CARBS and poor food choices.
